The Great Barrier Reef is the earth’s largest ree…

Làm giúp em bài đọc này với ạ
The Great Barrier Reef is the earth’s largest reef system. At a length of over 2,500 km it is the largest living structure. You can even see it from space. However, the reef is in danger of dying. Because of global warming , the temperature in the atmosphere keeps rising. This also affects the water temperature. When the oceans get too warm the colourful reefs turn grey and die. The reef is also dying from pollution caused by factories on the Australian and Indonesian coasts. It’s a pity that we don’t care abbout the environment the ways the Aborigines did thousands of years ago. They respected nature, the animals and plants around them. They never killed more animals than they could eat. However , when Europeans arrived in Australia they destroyed a lot of things that the Aborigines valued.
1.How long is the Great Barrier Reef?
2.Why is the reef in danger of dying?
3.What happens when the oceans get too warm?
4. Did the Aborigines care about the environment thousands of years ago differently from what we do today?

Câu 1: How long is the Great Barrier Reef?
Trong câu đầu tiên của đoạn văn có ghi: “At a length of over 2,500 km it is the largest living structure.”
Đáp án: The Great Barrier Reef is over 2,500 km long.
Lý do: Câu hỏi yêu cầu thông tin về chiều dài (“How long is…”), và đoạn văn đã cung cấp chính xác thông tin này ở câu đầu tiên.

Câu 2: Why is the reef in danger of dying?
Câu hỏi này yêu cầu chúng ta xác định các nguyên nhân khiến Rạn san hô đang gặp nguy hiểm. Chúng ta cần tìm các cụm từ chỉ nguyên nhân (“Because of…”, “caused by…”).
Trong đoạn văn có các câu sau: “However, the reef is in danger of dying. Because of global warming , the temperature in the atmosphere keeps rising. This also affects the water temperature. … The reef is also dying from pollution caused by factories on the Australian and Indonesian coasts.”
Đáp án: The reef is in danger of dying because of global warming and pollution caused by factories on the Australian and Indonesian coasts.
Lý do: Đoạn văn chỉ ra hai nguyên nhân chính dẫn đến sự nguy hiểm của rạn san hô: sự nóng lên toàn cầu (global warming) và ô nhiễm từ các nhà máy (pollution caused by factories).

Câu 3: What happens when the oceans get too warm?
Chúng ta tìm kiếm thông tin liên quan đến “oceans get too warm”.
Đoạn văn viết: “When the oceans get too warm the colourful reefs turn grey and die.”
Đáp án: When the oceans get too warm, the colourful reefs turn grey and die.
Lý do: Câu văn trong bài đọc mô tả trực tiếp hậu quả của việc nước biển ấm lên quá mức đối với rạn san hô.

Câu 4: Did the Aborigines care about the environment thousands of years ago differently from what we do today?
Đoạn văn nói: “It’s a pity that we don’t care abbout the environment the ways the Aborigines did thousands of years ago. They respected nature, the animals and plants around them. They never killed more animals than they could eat.”
Và về con người hiện tại, câu văn “It’s a pity that we don’t care abbout the environment…” đã ngụ ý.
Đáp án: Yes, the Aborigines cared about the environment differently from what we do today. They respected nature and its resources, and they never took more than they needed.
